Biography

As of January 2016, Stan Sugarman is Senior Vice President at Salesforce.com in San Francisco. His role it to make sure that Salesforce customers get the maximum business value from the service. It's not just about logins or usage, it's all about driving the business results of Salesforce's customers and partners. He is supporting both the global industry practices around media and consumer goods and is an expert in consumer engagement and attribution modelling. Business Experience and education: Before joining Salesforce, Mr. Sugarman spent 20 years in the Media and Technology Industries. He started the Internet Search Services of Lycos Europe in the mid 90's, was an Excecutive Board Member of AOL Europe SA in 1999 -2000 and for the last fifteen years at Gruner + Jahr GmbH Co. KG ; where is was recently the company’s global Chief Digital Officer and Chief Sales Officer (100% Subsidary of Bertelsmann SE). He holds a BA in History from the University of California at Berkeley and both a Masters in Business Administration and a Masters in Business Information Technology from the Rotterdam School of Management at Erasmus University.
