Biography

Ling Fan received his Doctorate from Harvard University and a Master from Princeton University. He is an expert on AI Design and Organizational Intelligence. Dr. Fan taught at the University of California, Berkeley and now he is the founding chair of Tongji x Tezign Design & AI Lab and a PhD supervisor at Tongji University. He is a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader, the fourth class of Aspen Institute China Fellow and a member of Aspen Global Leadership Network. He is also elected to the Thousand Talents Plan. Dr. Fan is an active speaker at international conferences including World Economic Forum Annual Meetings, Harvard College China Forum, Boao Asian Forum, etc.
