Birger Søiland has 11 years of experience within Media/IT and marketing, and holds a degree in Communications from Stetson University in Florida. He has also spent a few years playing international tennis. He now works as Head of Sales for EMEA at Cxense, a global leader within personalization and data monetization.
Before joining Cxense, Birger has spent time with Microsoft, and been an entrepreneur as well, both providing a solid platform for learning and growth. Birger has also worked 5 years within Content Marketing, being one of the founders of the Norwegian agency Plapre, and Norwegian Head for Nordiske Medier, Scandinavia's biggest B2B publisher.
He now travels across Europe, talking with publishers about taking control of their data to monetize their users. Having spent the past 3 years in publishing prior to Cxense, Birger knows the challenges the industry is facing.
