Andrew Rolf is Innovation Media Group's EMEA Director and advises organisations on digital transformation, customer experience and commercial strategy.
Andrew has worked with news and magazine publishers from Abu Dhabi to Zimbabwe to help them prepare for and implement significant, lasting change to their businesses. He was Head of Commercial Delivery at Guardian News and Media, London and a senior member of the team that relaunched the Guardian's award-winning website and mobile live news apps in 2014.
Andrew's skill is being able to switch between the "big picture" and the fine detail to deliver game-changing transformations. He stands by the expression "if you do what you always did, you'll get what you always got". He enjoys complex problems, in industries where there is disruption or a realisation that change is essential; nowhere is experiencing this more than the news and media sector.
