For speakers, delegates or exhibitors who may be concerned about the current COVID-19 outbreak
We are actively and continuously monitoring the situation around Covid-19 Coronavirus and we wish to express our sympathies to all those around the world who have been affected.
We are paying extremely close attention to the guidelines being issued by the WHO, by the European Union and the German government.
Currently, the German Federal Health Ministry advises travellers to steer clear of heavily impacted areas, which does not include Germany, and to exercise the same kinds of preventive measures they’d use to avoid influenza and other illnesses – i.e. frequent hand washing etc.
The Digital Innovators’ Summit will therefore go ahead as planned on March 24th and 25th.
Please be assured that should these guidelines change we will update our position as necessary. Ensuring the safety of all our delegates, exhibitors and staff is our top priority.
We would ask everyone that is attending the DIS to consider whether they might be affected by any quarantine measures before starting their journey. If you are showing any symptoms of flu-like illness, then we would ask you to respect your fellow attendees and give the event a miss this time.
