Philipp Graf Montgelas (45) is the Managing Director for Readly Germany, a fast growing swedish start-up offering unlimited access to hundreds of magazines for only €9,99 a month. Having started his career with Roland Berger Management Consultants and Loewe New Media the MBA graduate from Augsburg University co-founded the German subsidiary of UK based lastminute.com, one of the most prosperous European start-ups in early 1999 with full responsibility as Managing Director until the end of 2001. In subsequent years Montgelas successfully managed the start of Onmeda as a Director with OnVista Media or restructured NetDoktor.de, Germany's biggest health portal as a Managing Director and Investor. With his extensive digital expertise he has been a valuable independent management consultant and interim manager for start-ups, publishers and media companies to develop, grow and scale their digital business. Montgelas is married and a father of three children.
