Biography
Dr. Lars Janzik is responsible for the product management department at WeltN24 (Axel Springer SE), covering digital strategy (software, portal, and mobile in the areas of UX and customer journey). Prior to WeltN24, Lars was as Senior Director responsible for the European product and development of the recruiting solution provider Monster Worldwide. He has over twenty years of solid experience in product management and marketing, and vast experience in the IT/ software/ e-commerce and Internet industry. Furthermore, Lars analyzed 2011 in his PhD thesis the impact of user integration via online communities on the innovation process of companies.
